Not sure what to say?

I don't believe I've ever known anyone that touched me the way he did. He was as genuine and kind as anyone could be...and oh how he loved the Lord. And as everyone else has said, he had the most beautiful voice. I was totally shocked the first time I heard him sing. I will miss knowing he is here on this earth. He definitely was the kind of person you want to know and be friends with. My heart hurts for his family and all of the rest of us lucky to have had him for a friend.

James will be missed dearly by a lot of people. He was a great singer and a great King in Night in Bethlehem.

I became aquanted with James Davis when my dad & I use to sing karaoke. He was so sweet & kind. He had the biggest heart & a heart full of gold. Rip James Davis until we meet again.

God must have needed his angel back. You were more than just my uncle. You were my second dad. Im so sad to see you go but so glad you gained your wings. i know you're dancing on the streets of gold and singing your heart out in the angels choir. I Will forever miss you! You and dad save a spot up there for me. Until i see you again I love you

I know I will see you again my nephew.

Elvis!! You became my friend at Walpole and I really loved you, always helpful, always smiling and that VOICE!!! I will miss your friendship. I will see you when God calls me home.

DIXIE AND J.T. SMITH , Will give God the glory for letting us call James a friend and how we loved his singing, will miss him very much, but now he is "SINGING WITH THE SAINTS"

Heaven gained special Angel when James went home to be with his Lord. He had the most beautiful voice, he came to our family reunions sang that beautiful song Beulah Land. You will be miss by all that knew and loved him. Rest in peace.
