Uncle Jim and Nana (Louise) sang folk songs in the car together while we were on the road in Oklahoma. "Rufus Rustus Johnston Brown" and "It Was Only An Old Beer Bottle" were two of them.

Uncle Jim took Mom (Kathie) on a cruise, and another time he joined her in Holland after she and Dad did their bike tour there with Elder Hostel.

Uncle Jim used to laugh when little things went wrong. Mom laughed with him. Once in the middle of the night while 7...

We enjoyed Uncle Jim's visits when he came to Deer Creek, OK to visit his sister, Kathie and brother-in-law, Jim. He taught us how to play Pinochle, which he thoroughly enjoyed and taught us to enjoy also. He will be greatly missed. Our condolences to the family.

In the '90's I often made the arrangements for Jim's travel at Delta Travel. During that time I was able to get to know Jim. He was a very nice man and I am sure you will miss him. My prayers are with him and you, his family.
