Having had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Fail and his wife in New York along with his son, I wish to send my sincere condolences. Eileen

Mr. Fail was a true gentleman and was one of the most giving human beings I have ever met. The world is truly a better place because of Mr. Fail.

Jim Fail epitomized the graciousness of a southern gentleman. As Shakespeare said" his way was gentle and the elements so mixed in him that Nature would stand up and say, this was a man" Jim, RIP.

I've known many businessmen and politicians over a nearly 40 year career and Jim Fail stands out as one of a kind. He was (no pun intended) unfailingly gracious no matter the circumstances and treated everyone with respect and dignity. As we all know, he had a marvelous sense of humor. He believed in education and to my knowledge no one asked him to help me or my siblings. He volunteered and encouraged. The...

I had the pleasure of working for Mr. Fail many years ago. He was a true gentleman. My prayers and thoughts to the family.

Pat Wells, Lincoln, Ne.

Mr. Fail was one of the wittiest, kindest and most generous men I have ever known. He made all of his employees feel like family. Through the years at Bluebonnet, I heard that expression more than once. My thoughts and prayers to all of his family. He will be missed.
