Not sure what to say?

Jimmie was diagnosed with Lung Cancer on the 25th of June, 6 years ago. He accepted his illness the same way he lived his life... With Faith in God, humility, courage and with compassion. His compassion for each of us that he loved and cherished, knowing how much we all would hurt every day without him caused him more pain than the cancer... There isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss or think of him.... Thank each of you for your love, support and continued prayers.

To my Wonderful Husband Jimmie on our 13th Wedding Anniversary... I love and Miss you more and more everyday... You are still and will always be My Heart, My Soul. and My World....

To the family of Jimmie...I just recently heard of the passing of Jimmie...I am so sorry to hear of it. I cannot recall a time ever seeing him that he did not have a smile on his face. He will be remembered for that winning smile. Please accept my deepest sympathy, God be with all of you.

Every time I pass the store on Popp's Ferry. My mind goes back to Jimmie, Keith, and Elvas. My Aunt Wilda made Jimmie and I sweep that old parking lot at the Curb Market every night. All of us used to play football on Sunday afternoon at the old D'Iberville field. I remember Jimmie and Keith initiated me with the "Pole" at Notre Dame High School which was a tradition for 7th graders. Any time I see any of them, especially Jimmie we would relive the old pranks and fun we used to have working...

This is to all of the members of this wonderful loving family. I have so many many happy and funny memories of all of you - no doubt this is a tremendous loss but what a great day in "Heaven." Another angel goes home! God so loved all of His children - this is what we must focus on now. Jimmie is with his Heavenly Father. Love, hope and peace to all of you. You are in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.

Johnnie, Keith and Family:
Our family sends you our deepest reguards. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. I met Jimmie while working with Coca-Cola and enjoyed many conversations that were always entertaining, I'm sure now he is up in heaven golfing. We have all lost a great friend and person in our lives. May God Bless all of you and comfort you during your time of loss.

Wanda and I would like to express our deepest sympathy. Each time we met whether it had been a few months or a year since we had seen each other, we would greet each other by saying where ya` at Jimbo and hey Jimbo, how`s it going, as if we had just met the day before. Always smiling and cutting up. So full of life and so many memories come to mind. I am so sorry to have missed the services...had it not been for an unavoidable surgery that day, we would...

Our deepest sympathies for all of you... I know you miss him.
