Genell,

I miss you and Jim. Glad to have lived next door at 732 Keppel for 13 years. Jim was a great guy, and I loved him and admired him so much. I often speak about him among friends. He was always kind to me and was the best next door neighbor anybody could ask for. Take care.

David
