I always called him Uncle Bud even though he was not my father's brother. My dad was Al Foreman & he & Bud were as close as brothers could be. We lived in Texas so didn't get to spend a lot of time with Bud &
Sue & Susan but I remember always looking forward to our visits. Then
when my dad got sick with Alzheimers Bud was truly like a
brother. He was so kind & patient &
loving & that meant a lot to me
because I could not be there to help
take care of him. He was a true blessing to my family as I know he was to many others. Now Bud & Cody (what he called my dad) & Sue & Miriam (my mother) can all drink coffee together again!

Bud was a very special person to my family. He was like a brother to my father and an uncle to my siblings and I. He once learned to sing and play the song "Houston" for my family. He sat on my grandmother's front porch and sang it for us. I will always remember this very special man.

Poppy will always be loved and fondly remembered by our family. He was a special man who served his Lord and shared his faith in a humble, quite way that had a powerful impact on all those who were privileged to know him.
