Not sure what to say?

WHAT A JOY IT IS TO HAVE KNOWN JIM FREEMAN, HE TRUELY IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A BLESSING TO US ALL!!THE LAST TIME WE MET THE SUMMER OF 2001, WE SHARED A WONDERFUL TIME ....HE KEPT ASKING ME TO SING THE PRAYER OF PROTECTION DURING A TIME OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP. WE REALLY CONNECTED, AS HE DID WITH ALL OF US ,IN HIS WRITINGS AND LIVE IN PERSON. DURING UNITY RETREATS HIS PRESENCE SURELY WAS A "TREAT."THE LIGHT OF GOD SURROUNDS YOU"."THE LOVE OF GOD ENFOLDS YOU". "THE POWER OF GOD PROTECTS YOU"....

I will never forget having lunch one afternoon in the Unity Village Inn when all of a sudden I felt a shift in the energy at the table. I looked to my left and saw that James Dillet Freeman had joined us. His presence could be felt then and his presence will continue to be felt always.

One of my nicest memories of my late wife, Eva Barber, is Jim's Blessing of our Marriage. Her ashes are in the Rose Garder at Unity Village and she will always be close to our friends there.

Jim Freeman lived this incarnation with an ability to experience life fully in all its arenas. As a poet he exressed in words the joy, the sadness, the hope, the meaning of life. He gave himself unselfishly to those he loved and cared for. Jeanne and I give great-full thanks for the life of a great spiritual being who had a rich human life!

We will miss you. It is with gratitude that we thank you for your gifts to the Unity movement, to the world, and beyond.

While inspired by his writings and his legacy I feel the loss of having never actually met him. The New Thought movement has big shoes to fill. He will be sorely missed.

Rev. Freeman's writings have inspired me for many years. My prayers are with his family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Rev. Freeman and enjoyed him immensely. I know he touched many lives and was fortunate to have had the pleasure of getting to know him through the years.

So many wonderful memories of Jim--through my parents, Parky and Merta Mary Parkinson, and through his visits over the years at Unity of Overland Park. He was, and is, a true gift to those of us in Unity and all in the world. In love and appreciation, Pat Parkinson Bell
