James Arrie Garland

James was born on March 17, 1947 and passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. James was a resident of Decatur, Tennessee at the time of passing. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the U S Army. The family will receive friends at Bowers Funeral Home on Friday July 12, 2019 from 3-6 pm. Funeral services will follow in the chapel of Bowers funeral Home at 6 PM Friday with Pastor Bill Pearman officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Church cemetery Friday after the service with military honors.
