Rest in Peace beloved friend.
Jimmy always met you with a smile and he had a never ending supply of jokes to lighten the day. Even in the darkest days he was a source of comfort and strength. He was a great cop and believed in doing his job the right way. I have never met a more honest man. Above all else he loved his family. His devotion to his friends and family serve as a model for us all. It is my honor and privilege to be included among his many friends.

No matter where we went or what we did. Jim always made everyone laugh. I love you Jim and will always miss you.
