My Dad, Oscar Elder, was press secretary to Senator Spessard Holland and was a good friend of Mr. Golden. I remember several pleasant lunches I shared with Dad and Jimmy. He was wonderful asset and staffer to Senator Holland and a true World War II hero - one of the last of the Greatest Generation.
