Not sure what to say?

Peggy, Cayce and family, I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. His sense of humor was one of a kind and your overwhelming love was truly a treasure to be admired. May your memories that you hold near to your heart help you through this difficult time.

I would like to thank everyone for their kindness during this time. My husband was a wonderful light in my life and I loved him dearly., as I do our children, Tyler,Kelly,Jon,Cayce and our 11 grandchildren

Jim, you will me missed by all. I enjoyed our time together comparing Police and Fire stories. My commitment to your daughter Kelly is for a lifetime and I promise to keep her happy. Watch over all of us from heaven and be our guardian angel.

To Peggy & Family,
Not only were we neighbors, but I babysat your kids, and Big Jim, was always so sweet & funny, and treated me like one of his own kids. Prayers & thoughts to you & your family @ this painful time. Rest in peace, Big Jim, you were so loved :)

I remember Coach Hanger was always a big part of our lives growing up he was friends with my dad and coached my brothers. I think he coached a lot of people along the way I just remember the kindness and the big smile

Jim was a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky guy who I had the pleasure of working with for many years. There was no one that Jim did not like. He will be missed.

Peggy and the Hanger Family,
May God grant you his peace during this time. I want all to know that it was a pleasure and a joy of knowing Jim and a great honor of working with Corporal Hanger. I worked with Jim his last two years until his retirement at the Courthouse Annex. Anytime I called for backup and Jim would show up, I knew everything would be ok because I knew that the best had my back and I will be always eternally grateful.
R.I.P. my brother until we meet again.

Rest in peace my brother!

God Speed Jim!
