I was very sad to hear that Jim passed away. We all have regrets as life passes us by, and Jim was one of them for me. I regret not keeping in touch over the years with Jim as we spent one special summer together my last year in Babe Ruth ball. Jim and I both played on the Cutter Cubs.
There are many who said at that time that the Cubs were the best team who ever played in the Rock Falls Babe Ruth League and Jim was such a great part of that team. There wasn't anything Jim couldn't do...

Sorry to hear of Jim passing away. Jim and I always competed strongly against each other in Babe Ruth Baseball. Later Jim and Fay became Nancy and my neighbors in the 1970's. Jim and Fay's first daughter was name Lori as was Nancy and my first daughter was named Lori also.Our condolences to Jim's family.
