My friendship with Jim dates back over 40 years. I was fortunate to be part of his foursome that went golfing in the spring to Gaylord MI and in the fall to Myrtle Beach. We did this every year for close to thirty years. Golfing up north also included a couple trips to the casino where the four of us would belly up to the cheapest blackjack table we could find. Myrtle Beach would always include a couple trips to the all you could eat "calabash" where Jim would slowly and methodically eat 2...
