Not sure what to say?

Dr. Maxwell was my pediatrician; I grew up with and went to school with his kids as well. My condolences and best wishes to the family during this difficult time.

I had not known Jim Maxwell that well in my life but I did see how he affected those around him. My parents would always speak highly of him and expressed how great of a man he was. My cousin, his son, Sam Maxwell, is a great son and friend and I know Jim was proud of him. He was a great Father and his virtues can be reflected in Sam in many ways.I wish Jim's entire family well in this time of hardship.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Maxwell was a wonderful pediatrician. My kids and one of my grandkids were his patience and yes my kids were ones that continued to see him until twenty :). He always had a special way with them. I also worked with Dr. Maxwell when his practice became part of ARMC Physican Services. Great guy! He will be missed

What a special person! If it had not been for him I don't believe my baby (now 32) would be with us. His compassion for his patients was outstanding. As babies they couldn't tell us what was going on but I always thought Dr. Maxwell could "communicate" with the babies! I am blessed to have had him in my life and my families. Regards to his family. He will be missed.

Oh, those blue eyes!!! Dr. Maxwell will always have a special place in my heart. He was such a great doctor, and loved his children more than anything, I know, because I had the honor of working for him for more than 11 wonderful years! My thoughts are with his family, friends, and all of whom had their lives touched by just knowing him. I'll miss you Dr. Jimmy!! Tommie

Dr. Maxwell was a wonderful friend and boss. I started to work for him in 1988 after finishing my Medical Assisting training at Athens Tech. He was great to me,and showed me alot thru the years. When my children were sick, he would let me bring them to work, so that I didn't miss any time, then he would see them for free. He was a great physician and loved and took great care of all his patients. He ofter spoke of all his children whom he loved dearly. He will be a great loss to our...
