Greg and I really miss Jim. We shared many a meal at Lester's, The Hole in the Wall, Blondies on the Beach, to name a few. His dry wit and great sense of humor were priceless. He loved teasing me to no end. I really enjoyed working with Jim on his real estate investments for over a decade here in Ft Lauderdale. He taught me alot. It seems like yesterday we were picking him up at the airport and off to Lesters. I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Miss you Jim.

There is an old adage that says, A man is never truly dead and gone as long as there are people left behind who continue to tell his stories and based on that, I would say Jim McGurk is going to be around for a long long time!!

Our condolences to Chuck, Rick, and the entire McGuirk family on your loss. Jim was one of kind, demanding - yet could be surprisingly kind. He always did what he said, and said what he felt when he disagreed. He made us better bankers, and a better bank. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
