Not sure what to say?

Hi Dad,

It's me again. I just took a family vacation, and took the kids to New York City for the first time. I haven't been since you took me when I was a toddler. It was amazing. Every time we went somewhere spectacular I immediately thought of my excitement in telling you about it. But, then I was reminded that I could not tell you - awakening from my thoughts - to realize you weren't here anymore.

So, life will continue to go on as it has. But, I will not be...

This was an email that was sent to Dad when he was sick, from his good friends in Toledo - it never made it to him, but I know this will reach his spirit.
Hi Jim!

Needless to say we are thinking of you. Hopefully when you read this you are comfortable in your own bed at the home and enjoying all those benefits you have told us about.
We are in Florida for the next couple of months. Beautiful weather and we are both becoming very lazy....

Thank you for letting me know about Jim. He was a wonderful man. My husband loved him. I am praying for him.

To Jim's family,

--I was so sad to hear of his passing. We met about 4 years
ago in a chat room for people with disabilities and became fast friends. We both had the same affects from our strokes, and I live in Toledo--need I say anymore?

We burned the midnight oil every night on our Web's, until about 6 months ago we cut back to every Monday night. He was so easy to chat with. I feel like I know you all from our conversations, he loved talking about how proud he...

Jim and I met your Dad years ago when Jim drove the Sharp Care Van. The friendship continued even after Jim left Sharp and it grew to include myself and Sandy. It was mentioned in one of the emails how Jim would come to see your Dad and bring Missy along. Just so you know, those visits were just as important to Jim as they were to your Dad. We didn't know your Dad BTS. Our memory of your Dad includes the corniest jokes, word plays, funny cartoons, patriotic emails and high spirits. See...

God needed another Angel , am sure Minnie is showing him around laughing and waiting for the day we too will go home. I Thank you so very much for sharing you Dad's life with me. He really was a remarkable man and an inspiration to so many.

God be with you at this time, I honestly can say I know what you feel and my heart is heavy for you too, since my own father has gone on to be with the Lord. Remember the time you has together and the wonderful memories. I know he Loved you...
