James Allen Smith Jr.

James Allen "Jim" Smith Jr., 91, of Evansville, Wyo., passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Central Wyoming Hospice, in Casper, Wyo.

James was formally from Waynesburg. He was the son of the late James A. Smith, Sr. and Ruth Aldine Rush Smith.
