in memory of a great childhood friend from the south side of Chicago. At least we got to reunite in June 2010, what fun we had. rest in peace, Jimmy.

Jimmy only became part of our lives since he married my sister less than 2 years ago, though our kids had gone to school together decades past. Jimmy and I did the DHS to Phx drive during the past year and he had a plethora of life experience stories for being only 63. His priorities now were pretty simple - wife, kids, grandkids, health... and some little ongoing project in the works! Unpretentious, outspoken, walked his own road and unapologetic about it...so similar to our dad as Janet...

Wish I could be at the Remembrance tomorrow, but my thoughts will be with all Jimmy's family and friends.
