So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Unz was a great guy. I had the pleasure of going to high school with him. We lost touch over the years but I will always remember him as a great friend to many who had the pleasure of meeting him. My deepest sympathy to the Underwood family. Tom Smith

Jimmy was the genuine article. His smile came right from the heart and he was usually smiling. I had the great pleasure to teach him in 8th grade all day, every day back in 1979. He always had a contagious positive attitude towards life (and a carefree attitude towards school and his studies). Jimmy made us happy just being in his beautiful presence.

Very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. When the Underwood-Carter clans got together they were big enough to be an instant party. Condolences to all the Underwoods.

To Kathy & family,
Jim was always a friendly neighbor, he always had a smile and kind words. I remember when we used to wait at the bus stop to pick-up our daughters, we used to talk and laugh. I hope all of you will have wonderful memories to carry you through this difficult time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
