Not sure what to say?

Jamie was a “force” in my life early in my career in education. It was always a joke with us for a few years, that I was her boss while she was a teacher and I was the manager of the Lansing School District Adult Education Program. Her distinctive style as an empowered woman, not to mention her hilarious sense of humor, gave me second notice of her profound spirit and influence. From boss to friends, we were able to travel together, work together, and laugh together. She was a delight...

Jamie and Bill were like my 2nd parents for the past 54 years. They were such a HUGE part of my life. I have an abundance of great memories that will help me remember all the good times we shared, but they will never replace them being here. Losing them both within the past several weeks has been very hard, but I'm glad they are reunited and forever together. I am going to miss them more than words can express.

I have many fond memories of Jamie, Bill and their family of weddings, wedding and baby showers and MANY fun times at 8 point...am relieved that they are not suffering anymore...wishing calm for the family...keep their spirits alive in your hearts. Prayers and hugs - Jan (Peck) Swiss

Marni & Jodi, your mom was such an amazing person! Always good for a smile along with such contagious laughter. She was and will always be your rock. That will never change. Hold tight to all your wonderful memories & find comfort in knowing that she is at peace and is in heaven with your dad. May you both in time find peace and healing.
Love,
Cindy Jubeck

Marni, Jodi, Mike and Boys, Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Your parents were so great and loved having both of them as our neighbors in Willow Woods and Verndale Lakes. So difficult to loose both in such a short period of time. We had many laughs with your parents. Thoughts and prayers are will all of you.
God Bless you all,

Jodi, Mike & Family, This is so difficult but so close together makes it all the more difficult. I again send you my sincerest condolences and promise to add your Mom to my continued Prayers for your Dad. What wonderful people that I can remember vividly from my LCC days. They were very special people and had very special daughters that I was fortunate to know.
God Bless You All,
Rick Carrow

It was always a pleasure to share a round of Bridge with Jamie and Bill. Jamie had a great sense of humor, twinkle in her eye when she laughed either at or with your jokes. She just made you feel welcome in her home and made you feel this was the highlight of her day. I'm guessing she gave everyone that feeling. You were always for the better after sharing an evening with her.

Dear Bray and Totte families - we are keeping you all close to our hearts during this difficult time and going forward. We will certainly miss both of these wonderful people - especially at ball games! A part of me is also thankful that they are together and pain free, in His presence. My prayer for you is that your memories bring you comfort and peace. Love to you all. ♥
