Read MoreJanet and I worked together at Barrett Middle School. I stopped by the library almost everyday to visit with her. She was a special friend who always made me laugh. Janet, Connie and I went to New York City for 5 days where Janet became our tour guide. It was such a fun trip and who better to have as a tour guide. I was blessed to have Janet as a friend and will always cherish the wonderful times I had with her.

I was sorry to read of Janet's death. We were friends from Emerson Elementary to Roosevelt Jr High and East High school, as well as the University and beyond. Myrle Stoker, Janet and I were close friends and she will be missed. Don Bosch
