I was blessed with meeting Janice when we worked together at NASA. I will miss her talks about the places that she and Mark traveled to and getting together with her and the Chinese Lunch club. She was a wonderful person and will always be remembered.

Charles and I only knew Janice briefly in the last few months, as she has been helping to advise us on our financial planning. Even in that short time, she earned our trust. She impressed us with her knowledge, her attention to detail, and her ability to both understand our needs and points of view and then respond to them. Beyond her technical and communicative skills, she was truly a good, kind person. Our deepest sympathies go out to Janice's family.

This is such a shock. I worked with Janice on the LITES I contract, and talked with her often back then. She was a beautiful soul, a genuinely good person, a fellow fitness and animal lover, although she always did better at fitness then me. Heaven has truly gained an angel. I will keep her in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss.

I had the great pleasure of knowing Janice pretty much since we moved to Virginia. She was a coworker at NASA who had a personal commitment to excellence that set the bar. We enjoyed going to the Thursday evening outdoor concerts with her and Mark. Mark had a keen insight into problems without being a seasoned expert in the field. They made a great couple.

She was always there as a helping hand, sacrificing her time and talents.

I had the pleasure of working with Janice at NASA Langley for several years shortly before her retirement. She was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I admired Janice - her compassion and her tenacity working for redistricting inspired me and others to keep going working for a better state and country. She was an intelligent and fun lady, and I will miss her. My heart goes out to Mark and her family at this time.
