Last weekend, my family put to rest a phenomenal woman. She went home to meet her Maker, shimmy her way into heaven while singing praises to God the whole way. My namesake was more than a Granny, she was one of my favorite people, my friend, my cheerleader, my driving instructor, my road trip buddy, my role model, my spiritual mentor, and the lists goes on and on. She taught me more that I could ever say and planted seeds in all she met leaving her legacy firmly cemented here on Earth. I love...

Ms Fordham was always very kind and pleasant. I will cherish the memories we've shared whether it was in church or in my mother Carrie's home. We will forever miss that warm smile and voice just above a whisper.
