Jay E. Fleckenstein

Jay was born on May 24, 1975 and passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015. Jay was a resident of Sioux City, Iowa at the time of his passing. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Orpheum Theater in Sioux City. A private family burial will follow in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, April 20th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Orpheum Theater with family present at 5:00 p.m. and a Prayer Service beginning Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to the Friends of the Sioux City Police Department in care of the K-9 Unit. Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
