Orin,I am acting as scribe for Mina Roper Pratt and Wanetta Roper Wayment. I did visit with Mina as she lives in an Assisted Living Facility not far from my home. I had copied the Obituary Notice and printed it to take to Mina. She did remember Jean and the many sharing moments that she and Lee had shared with you. Dear Allred family;
I wanted you to know of the sweet memories that my mother, Vona Roper Houtz, has shared with me of the time she and Jean were children together in Oak City. She speaks so well of her cousins, including Jean and her cousin Bill.

May the peace of God be with you at this time when you miss your spouse, mother and grandmother.
