Not sure what to say?

Dear Marge and Family, I was saddened to hear of Jean's passing but know that she is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior enjoying her eternal reward. We are all blessed to have had Jean in our lives. My prayers are with you all at this time.

I went to Bishop McMahon with Jean, she was always so kind and a lot of fun. RIP Jean. Maureen O'Connor Little

Dear family members of Sr. Jean, Franciscan Sisters and Associates,
I offer my deep sympathies and prayers at this time of great sadness and loss.
Sr. Jean was a MOST wonderful person, ever gracious and welcoming, always a friend and ever faithful to the Gospel of Jesus.
She believed so strongly in embracing all that God offers us: His gift of life and love, each other and companioning each other along our Earthly journey, on our way Home to Him.
My life has been greatly...

Sister Jean is celebrating the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe with the Lord. Sister Jean was instrumental in developing many leaders at Queen of All Saints and D'Youville. She truly was a woman of God and heaven is rejoicing at her arrival. She'll live in our hearts forever.

We knew Sister Jean from her years at St.Leo's. Through her we found a kind, compassionate soul with a heart of gold and a great sense of humor. Her work at St Leo's should never be forgotten. There is one act of Sister Jean's kindness will always stay with us. Eleven years ago our dear friend Marcy was dying from complications of a devastating stroke. We asked Sister Jean to minister to her at her hospice bedside. Marcy was not a practicing Catholic, and this made no difference to...

I will always have a special place in my heart for Sister Jean. She was an advisor for the CYO at Queen of All Saints in Lackawanna. She taught my sister Anna Maria how to play the guitar. Whenever Sister entered a room a light came in with her. She was a joyous and warm spirit. I will treasure a photo I have of myself and Sister Jean. May you be lighting up heaven your beautiful smile and faithful heart.

To Sister Jean you brought so much love to so many, you will forever be a part of me, I will never forget you. You made Jesus love and compassion alive for so many, especially for me as a youth at QAS. Thank you. I know that you are with our Lord right now and I have a Saint in heaven. For her family praying for you during this difficult time and great loss. How appropriate that her funeral is on the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Te amo mi hermana.

I was one of the lucky ones that Sr. Jean taught at Sacred Heart Academy and have known my adult life. She is an inspiration to all. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.
