I am Anita's friend and did not know Ms. Byrd at all. Anita says the family is strong and I want you to know that Ms. Byrd's family are in my deepest thoughts and prayers.

To Pastor Kenneth Byrd and the family of Sis. Jean Ellen Byrd. My wife and I would like to extend our most sincere condolences in the hour of loss. But we would also like to say that we know that our God only picks the most beautiful flowers for His garden. Sis. Byrd will be greatly missed, we loved her dearly. Know that in the days to come if there is anything that I, my wife or the Good Shepherd Baptist Church family can do to ease the pain, please do not hesitate to call upon us.
