Dear Lee and Family: We are saddened by the news of Jeanene's passing. Not sure if you remember us, but I was in Sorority w/her and we were mutual friends w/Janette/Alex McGeoch in Flint. We remember her wonderful lasagne she made for dinner. A lovely lady! Bill and Janet

Jean was one of the most gracious and inspirational ladies I have ever known. She was like a second mother to me and my life was shaped by watching her courage as she faced multiple challenges in her life. Once she reunites with Patti and Mike I expect she will find time to relax in the lawn chair with a Coke and listen to the Tigers baseball game on that little transistor radio, one of my favorite summer memories of her. Love to Lee, Nan, Mark, and the rest of the family.

Jean was the loveliest of ladies and very dear to all who knew her. We met her at the 8:00 am service at AUMC, where we attended with Jean. She never failed to give us a big hug and a warm greeting.It can be said that her beautiful soul made a difference in this world. Her presence will be missed by all, but surely most of all by her beloved husband Lee! We regret that we will be out of town and will be unable to attend her service, but we extend our deepest sympathy to her family.
