It's hard to imagine a day in this life without a Daddy, a Brother, Grandfather and Dear friend. However the best is yet to come. When I think back to my ole friend at Saks High School and the laughter he always brought to us all, I look forward to that reunion. RIP Jeff, we'll see you in the sweet by and by.

I first met Jeff in the late 80s. We were both working in the funeral business in the Birmingham area. Through the years he always proved himself to be a true friend and gentleman. My life is better because I knew him. He will be greatly missed. I will keep all of his family in my prayers.

I am still in shock over the news. My heart hurts for all that are affected. I can only smile and laugh when remembering all the good ole times with 'Doc!' I pray for peace and strength in the coming months for his family.
