Our hearts are truly broken by this loss. Jeff was a wonderful person and great friend. He always spoke of how wonderful his grandchildren were as well as all of his family. God bless........ Jeff you will be forever in our hearts and missed.

Jeff will be missed by so many people he was such a good man, step father, and paw to his grandchildren. He fought as hard as he could and now is in a better place. He is truly the lucky one now and I can't wait to see him again!
