Not sure what to say?

RIP Jeff He was one of the people who made my time on the USS Cubera much more tolerable. His open mindedness and sense of humor were unmatched.

MY DEAR FRIEND OF MANY YEARS IS ANOTHER ANGEL WATCHING OVER ME AND GUIDING ME AS I LIVE LIFE ON LIFE'S TERMS.RIP JEFF YOU ARE MISSED BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.

Jeff was a great guy. I'll always appreciate the guidance he offered over the years at NCB. Earnest in his work, solid sense of humor. Impressive strength in tough times. I always loved seeing pictures of the cabin, hearing Navy stories, and his tie collection showed such style. God bless the family.

How sad to see of Jeff's passing. He was a very passionate person and put his whole heart into everything he accomplished at NCB back in the 70's. My prayers and condolences go our to the family.

There is so much to say about this wonderful fella. He was a good friend, mentor and boss. He and Joan cooked a mean Thanksgiving dinner, and his welcoming nature is tattooed on my heart. By far one of the greats. Fair winds, FTCS (ret). You are missed.

A very great man, and good friend. My condolences to the family.

Jeff was a good friend and colleague for 35 years. We shared a lot of laughs and I always appreciated Jeff's counsel. There was no more loyal and dedicated NCC'r than him. My condolences to his family and friends. He was a good man!
