Not sure what to say?

Jeff and I were pals from the time we moved into Baxter Hall, Willamette University, August 1968. We would often drive in his car back and forth to school from California. Jeff often reminded me to wear a hat or sunscreen because after a few minutes of sun exposure, I would look like a strawberry. We edited each others papers, made "donut runs" to Dunkin Donuts or runs to other fine places such as Pietros Pizza. Jeff was a caring, compassionate and empathetic friend. I will miss him...

Jeff was my roommate our freshman year at Willamette. I know I heard it more than once, "Thompson, if it was for me, you never would have survived college." The interesting thing about that statement, was that it was probably true. I was so sorry to hear oJeff's passing. He was one of my dearest friends and to his family, I offer my deepest condolences.

I last saw Jeff two years ago, when a bunch of Willamette guys, all from Baxter Hall, freshman year went to Spring...

Jeff was an amazing person and true friend. He touched so many and will live on in many hearts forever. Rest in peace my good friend. I will miss you.

I had the privilege of working with Jeff for only a few short years. He was taken too soon. My condolences to his family, He will be missed.

I knew Jeff through our credit organization, National Association of Credit Management (NACM). He was a dedicated Credit Professional. We will miss his wit and his commitment to his profession. He was an amazing person.

I was Mr. O's favorite at his pharmacy since 2005...I am going to be lost without his phone calls and visits...In the Lord's hands now, Mr. O

Jeff was a genuine man and a great person to learn from over the years in the industry. He will be missed by many and left us many years too soon. My condolences to his family and friends.

Jeff was a great guy who was very proud of his family in California and the Pacific Northwest. He enjoyed life and helped others enjoy life, too. I hope Jeff has had a great reunion with his Willamette friend and roommate, Bud Johnson, who also died too soon. Please watch over us, guys.

I've known Jeff through a professional organization for several years and always enjoyed his company and positive attitude. My deepest sympathies to his family.
