Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to read about this loss. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. Jeff and I worked together for many years at the Dept of Revenue, and I sincerely appreciated his kind and respectful demeanor.

My deepest sympathy to his family and extended family. I was privileged to work with his Dad, a close friend. Jeff Prather was just as likable and astute. His passing brought tears to my eyes. Kellus Sewell

Worked with Jeff for many years at Commerce. He was a great guy and will be missed.

What a great guy, thanks Jeff with helping me with my taxs

Study Hall at JDHS in the auditorium balcony; Mrs. (Jean) Harlow in attendance. Jeff would whistle out of the side of his mouth, and it was almost ventriloquism, because it was difficult to pinpoint the source. Mrs. Harlow warned "I know who's doing that." No... she didn't. And Jeff had that little kinda sideways smirk.

Such a wonderful and soft spoken man. I had the pleasure of working with him; enjoying that sense of humor and mischievous smile. Sending my heartfelt sympathies to his family and loved ones.

I went to JDHI with Jeff and the cousins and was at the games in Fairbanks. It was so but so cold! I remember perfectly when Wayne fouled out and Jeff came in. Talk about cool hand Luke! Pulled out of this game too soon my friend!

I played a lot of basketball with Jeff on the Oldtimers Basketball team. He was always very quiet, but had a way of getting his point across. He was a good friend and I know all the guys on the Oldtimers basketball team enjoyed playing with him. Condolences to his family and friends.
