Not sure what to say?

Dear Wightman Family,
We are so shocked and sad to learn of Jeff's death. Mark and I met Jeff at Brevard College in 1980. He and Mark became roommates and fast friends. The three of us shared so many wonderful times together throughout the years. We kept in touch, visiting each others homes, calling, and the guys even went fishing in Hatteras on occasion. We lost touch about two years ago, but knew we were just a phone call away. We knew he was finally happy, had a loving wife, and was...

Dear Wightman family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you at this sad time. I was in a club with Jeff & we flew together frequently. I have a ton of respect for Jeff as a pilot & a person & I'm sure as a loving son, husband & father. God bless your family.

Dear Wightman Family,
We are so saddened by the terrible loss of Jeff. It has been many years since we have seen him, but Jan kept us up to date on what he had accomplished over the years. She was so proud of Jeff. He was a shining star in your family as babies of the family often are. We will keep you in our prayers and know that God's love will help you through this sad time. Love, Becky and Garry Granger

We are neighbors of your parents, Jean. So many people within Walden Woods are sending their prayers and good thoughts remotely! The Lord will help you through this, another trying time.

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Wightman,Carey,and Janet:
I remember Jeffrey as a child at Mechanicsville Methodist Church when I was growing up in the Mechanicsville area.I lost contact with him and you all as well probably sometime in 1971.I remember Carey and Janet and you ,Mr.and Mrs.Wightman and what honorable members of Mechanicsville Methodist Church your whole family was. From this experience I know what a remarkable man Jeffrey must have turned out to be .From what I gather he was a huge...

I was so very sorry to hear about Jeff.We grew up together in Windy Hills and Jeff always seem to have a smile or grin on his face.I know that just as he made people on earth feel good he will do the same for the rest of God's angels.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of my new friend Jeff Wightman. I met him only a few months ago, and immediately felt as though I had known him for a long time. I send my heart felt condolences to all who will miss him. May God bless you all and give you the comfort only his love can give you.

Dear wightman family, My deepest regards are with all of you at this time of sorrow. You dont know me but, I am the Aunt of one of the passengers that was on that fateful plane. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time. May god carry your burden for you.
Sincerly,
Barbara Watson
