Jeremy Keith Jerry Reed

Jerry was a great friend, I will miss him stopping into Tobey's Pawn almost every other day to see what we had, I will miss our jokes and most of all his stories and smile.

I'm so sad to learn this news. I met Jerry in the late 90s while volunteering with CFD. We became fast friends and stayed in touch over the years. We had planned to get together on my next trip to VA. I was so excited to share with him how my son just graduated from the fire academy. I'll miss you & your friendship, Jerry.

Jerry Reed, my mentor upon my return to work after a work force reduction in 2012. I had known Jerry for most of my Career with Sperry and then Northrop Grumman. Jerry was always quick with a witty response to make you feel better. He could not be disliked. I was shocked with everyone else with the sad and terrible news of Jerry's passing. The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about Mr. Reed´s passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Jerry's mom used to baby sit my sister and I, As a kid I was always fond of his Military helmet collection. I will keep the Reed family in my prayers.
