Jeril was one of my closest friends in high school. I remember her as warm, bright, and centered, and remember her parents fondly. Heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeril for many years as she served on the city council. She was always kind, thoughtful and fair in her work with council, staff and citizens. She will be greatly missed. I will be keeping all of her family and friends in my thoughts and prayers through this very difficult time.

When Jeril married our widowed cousin Bruce, she raised his 3 children as her own and blended her two families (5 boys all together) beautifully. She was a strong and loving wife and mother and a role model to many. Family was the center of her life, but she also had many interests of her own. When I visited her between chemo treatments, I took her water aerobics class and could not believe her strength and positive attitude. She will be sorely missed. May her memory be a blessing! ...

Jeril was an extraordinary woman who graced the lives of everyone who knew her. She and I were grammar school friends and reconnected, to my great joy, some years ago.
Ron and I admired her courage, her humor and her joie de vivvre.
So many of us will miss her.

To Jeril's loving family,
Jeril was a beautiful woman inside and out with the kindest heart. I will truly miss her. I was her City Manager at the City of Belleair Beach. She loved the city she lived in and was a great Councilmember. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

I wish I could convey my condolences love, and support to each one of you personally. I will love cherish and miss Jeril always and will be thinking of all of you in the days and months ahead.
