Not sure what to say?

Sad to hear of Mr Nocella's passing. He influenced the lives of so many along his journey and will be remembered for years to come. We had Mr. Nocella for a teacher in high school and still talk about him often.
God bless,
Kevin and Ruth

I met Coach Nocella in ~1976 when my Uncle Doug and I went to a wrestling workout led by Jim and Coach Tarr. I can still remember the way he welcomed me with a firm handshake, direct eye contact and sincere encouragement to join the team. He was one of the first teachers/coaches who made me feel like we were talking man-to-man. The way he shared his high expectations boosted my confidence and motivation over the years I knew him as teacher and coach. Later we became neighbors and he helped...

I met Jim while working for Sandy Creek Golf course driving the beverage cart when the golf course first opened. Jim was a friend of my husband, the late Clarence "Jake" Kohler. I had knee revision surgery on 3/20/18 and came back to Wellsprings for a short time and seen Jim in rehab to regain his strength. I wasn't there very long. I believe Jim told us that he had Gillian Burea {please excuse the spelling). Then reading the paper, I was shocked to learn that he had past away. He sure...

I worked with Jim for many years and fondly remember his smile, sense of humor and friendship. My condolences to his family.

Im so sad to hear of Coach Nocellas passing. He was a great person all the way round. Always emitted a positive attitude and he had an awesome sense of humor. I was privledged to know him as a Science teacher and watch him inspire and coach my fellow classmates in Monroe High School Wrestling program. The world has suffered a great loss but Heaven has gained an AMAZING soul. Rest in Peace Coach.....you made a positive impact on the world and me as well.
