My recollection of Dale goes back to his work with Edwin Edwards in Congress and forward to all of the things that he did after and to his first days at LSU. He was a remarkable man, inventive, a leader and a survivor. May God bless him and his family. Armand Brinkhaus, Louisiana Legislature..1968-1996.
