Not sure what to say?

Remembering or never forgetting , equally the same. Jesus, will not be forgotten. He is in our hearts, his essence is all around. His mosaics adorn his beloved Catholic Church, his sculptures at Fire Stations, I view his bronze work on the Johnny Cash trail, each time I ride there. I share my memories of him with my fellow riders. He will be with me and ALL those he befriended until we join him again.

Forever in our hearts.

Dear Family, May you find peace and comfort at this difficult time. Jesus was a beautiful soul! He is gone but never forgotten. my heartfelt love to each of you.

I held great respect for Jesus Romo. I had the honor of meeting him during my years in the legislature -- he cared passionately about his family, broke barriers to become a leader in the Sacramento Fire Department while also achieving great success in his artistic endeavors. I am pleased to know that his roots are similar to my family in Jalisco. Rest in piece Don Romo.

Chris and I are thinking of you all. Jesus was a wonderful man and we are so grateful to have had the pleasure to spend time with him. He truly was a renaissance man and what an inspiration to all of us and especially his grandkids.

I feel blessed to have known Jesus, his beautiful wife Teresita, and their wonderful family for over 20 years. Jesus was an exceptional man, so talented, creative, and kind. He was always willing to help, he had a special way of making one feel welcomed. He will be missed by many. My love and deepest condolences to Teresita and family. May it bring you peace knowing that others care.
