Not sure what to say?

Dora, I am really sadden to hear of Jims passing. I lost my husband & best friend a little over a year ago and feel your heartache. I've
known Jim since high school, but we did not become friends until I worked for him in the mid-sixties. I was so glad I had the chance to meet you in 1996 at our class reunion. Remembering you and your family in my prayers.

Dear Dora and Family,
I was so saddened to hear about Jim. He was a friend for many years when we attended school together in Ottumwa, Iowa. Gus (as he was known to all of us) was a great guy with a smile that would "light up the room". His spirit and enthusiasm were contagious and all of us who knew him have memories of fun times that we shared.

You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I was very sad to hear about Jim. We were friends for years and exchanged phone calls and cards for many years. Gene, Bonnie and I rode to high school every day with Jim in the "Green Vomit". What fond memories I have. Thanks for the memories, Jim. My thoughts are with you, Dora.

Gus was a fine football player with a big heart and tireless energy. A good friend with a million dollar smile. He will be missed indeed.

My condolences to the family of an old friend. We called him 'Gus'. I have many memories of Gus. He was one of the good guys.

WOW, it's just a sad moment when a person like Jim, who provided so many memories for me, during school and the summer after graduation from OHS, is no longer here with us.
Although I have seldom seen him since that summer, I have always held fond memories. So long ole' friend, until we meet again.

Sending sympathies with the death of Jim Sullivan. He was a classmate, attended his wedding in Ottumwa. It has been years since I had seen him. I have good memories of him from high school.
