I knew Jimmy Moore as "Mr. Moore" from the time I became Michael''s teacher to the many times I encountered them together in the community. In my opinion, he was the best. Mr. Moore understood autism and his son, Michael better than anyone I know - I will long remember Mr. Moore's unassuming, patient, and positive spirit. When God made this dad, He tossed the mold aside - reserved all it held for his children. Mr. Moore will be missed. I will think of him often. My prayers go out to his...

Joyce Moore, We are sorry for your loss. I remember Jimmy while in school at Baptist in 1957. We are friends with your brother, Don. I don't expect that he was able to make it to the funeral. And we remember you and Richard also. Trust the Lord will give you comfort these days.

Mr. Moore was one of my favorite people at Meijer! He and Michael were some of the kindest men I have ever met. Mr. Moore always doing his best and brightening my days. Rest In Peace you are already missed!
