Not sure what to say?

For myDawleys and Darlings:

Let memories be of times you laughed
and times she made you smile.
She is gone from you just now,
but only for a while.

Not another thought of "here"

I am so glad I got back to Ohio in May to visit with her, Dick and Debbie. We had such fun talking about the old times and my mom (Eunice). She was the only one left of the family that knew the history on my mothers side of the family. She always lit up a room when she came in. I will remember with great fondness her spunky attitude about everything. She had a nice word about everyone. I feel privileged to have known this gentle soul and wish her a peaceful journey full circle.

Although it has been many, many years since I have seen her, I have wonderful memories of Joanie and John as neighbors on Lewis Avenue in Toledo. I can still recall how cute they were as I caught them slow dancing (several times) in the parking lot from my bedroom window. May good and happy memories help...

Aunt Joan was a wonderful person-such a gentle and loving soul. I have many fond memories of her and treasure all of them. My condolences to your family.

We are very sorry for your loss. Your family is in our prayers.

Our deepest sympathy go out to the Darling family. Joanie was truly a great lady. We met her via the Swanton American Legion. Many good times were shared with her. She was a very loving and vibrant person. Many memories to be cherished. She will be missed by all that knew her. God bless.
