Joan was a wonderful woman. I remember her taking me to U of A softball games when I was little. Even though I only knew her a short time many years ago, I will still always remember her. RIP

Joan was a truly special lady. She always had the right words to share; especially with newcomers. We will miss here words, presence and humor. Anyone who knew her was blessed. Linda

Joan was a classmate and friend from Safford High School. I'll always remember how friendly and kind she was. I've read her obituary, and I can see that she carried that thru her life, helping others.I'm sure she'll be missed by all of her friends and family, and know that she is in a better place, after enduring such a long illness.
