Joanne Shaum King

An exceptional woman.

Our family have been back fence neighbors with the King family for 53 years.
Joanne was always sweet to talk with us over the fence to see how we were doing.
She was an example of true ministering to others.

Joanne, Glen, and their boys were our second family after we moved to Provo in 1970. Joanne was always looking out for our happiness and welfare. She was genuinely interested in us as individuals and as a family. She was upbeat and full of wise counsel. After I was married, I visited my parents often. During many of those visits, I also enjoyed talking with Glen and Joanne. Joanne's death leaves a hole in our family as well as her family. She will forever be a bright light in my memory...
