I came to this family from 1,000 miles and several light years away. Never imagined I would come to love them all so much. Jody, especially. All she had to do was walk into a room, and it was immediately brightened. Her infectious smile and larger-than-life laugh could pull you up from just about any dark place. And she knew she was doing that. It seemed like all she ever wanted to do was to make others happy. I will miss her so, so much.
