Dr. Bennett was a wonderful Dr. He saved my brothers eyesight after a sparkler accident and my husbands after a piece of metal pierced his eye. We were so blessed to have him in our community. Also drove by his home many times to see the different animals.

He was a great physician, art lover and friend. Once when I was traveling north on highway 65, a giraffe ran across the road in front of my car with two young men with ropes in pursuit. They managed to rope the giraffe and return it to its place at Joe's. He had a love for the extraordinary and unusual. May he rest in eternal peace.
