PRAYERS & SYMPATHY for Barbara & the Haynes family...

Barbara,

Saddened for the loss of Joe. Prayer and condolences to you and entire family in these times. I admired and respected Joe, from the first time we met on his bid for the senate. I was proud to have been involved in that chapter of his life, a new chapter in his new role for the people of his districts. He served them well.
My parents send their condolences as well.

Mrs. Haynes, you have my prayers for this time in your life. when i met Mr Haynes in 2000 at a meeting for The Gore campaign for President, he was the Senator and i a Metro Councilman, he impressed me as a Statesman with a smile. I am the wiser for that meeting. thanks to you and the family for sharing him with us.

So saddened by this news
Spoke with Judy hours before his passing
Asked her to tell him that we love him
Mr. Haynes was TRULY one of the great ones
He was like FAMILY
Rest in peace my friend, we will love and remember you always
