To the Urrutia family.. my deepest condolences goes out to you all. Though I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mr Urrutia I have had the honor of hearing wonderful stories about him. He was a wonderful man who I admire and respect for the way he took care of his family. I have the joy of getting to some what know the type of man he was through his wonderful daughter, Erica. Joe, I can still remember the day I met you when you, Minnie, and me were processing in to AFCEE. It was the start of many good times and laughs. Rest in peace, sorry we lost you too soon.

"Death ends a life, not a relationship." You were the life of every family get together. I get misty eyes in knowing physically you will not be around but it is rare to having known someone in which all memories are good and joyful. You will never be forgotten. Thanks for the rum.

I knew Joe from Jr High through High School. I will miss you my friend and especially those text msgs and phone calls asking 100 questions while we were planning our high school reunion these last few months, lol.
