So sorry for your loss of a wonderful man and a wonderful vet. So helpful and so nice. He had to be the nicest person that I have ever met. I remember telling him about my dog's litter mate needed a home. Low and behold Pixel joined his household. I was so happy for her and him. What a perfect home for her. I will think of him often and hope and pray for the family's heeling

Joel and I were good friends from about 10 years of age until I lost track of him after high school. We had this old movie camera and we made these dumb movies like a candy bar unwrapping itself. I always thought he would be a great movie director. He was very smart and we had a great time together. I didn't know his family, but I'm sorry for your loss.

To the Bigger Family;
I just saw that Dr. Bigger passed away. I worked with him at the Pittsburgh Zoological Society in the 70's, and the Avalon Veterinary Hospital. He was a great friend and great Veterinarian to work for and with. May he rest in peace with ou Lord. He will be missed.

May have been at one of the last annual Memorial Day picnics at Moraine State Park...the event where Larry and I met in 1981.We...

I just heard of Joel's death. My prayers for you and family at this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Bigger was a very kind and compassionate man. He was so very kind to my family when we lost our Sheltie years ago.

My husband and I lived in Pgh for many years and raised Siamese cats, Dr.Bigger was such a wonderful Vet and so caring and involved, when we moved, I missed having his expertise and we will miss him in this life. So sorry for his loss.
