I was fortunate to be able to say that I grew up with Joel. We shared beds and families for the first part of our years. As we grew up, we always were never further apart than that phone call or that weekend together surfing, camping or just goofing off. Some of the best times of my life, were with Joel and Eric JOEL, ERIC, & Rob the “ Council of three” Now the “Council of Two” God Speed Joel..

Dearest Fritz and Valerie,
I just received an email from Matt --it's late and I didn't want to disturb you.

I am so, so saddened by his message about your brother.
I can't even imagine what you, Valerie and the kids and your family are going through.

My heart and Michael's heart goes out to you and your family.
I will ring you tomorrow -- please ring me anytime 24/7 if you want to talk or if there is anything I can do.

sending you prayers and love,
Sandy
